Information
As items are handmade to order, refunds will only be given on faulty items, returned in unused condition within 7 days. Every care is taken to ensure all descriptions are accurate. All photographs are a guideline to colour, shape and design. Variations will occur, due to the handmade nature of these items, making each piece unique. Due to the natural properties of felt, pilling may occur with wear, any bobbles may be carefully removed with scissors.
Items can be gently hand washed in cool water and dried naturally.
All payments can be made through Paypal (even if you don't have a Paypal account).
